Aqua Classes at The Oasis

The Oasis runs three aqua classes a week,  led by  experienced, well qualified aqua teachers:Emma, Kate and Mel.  The lessons are fun and all three instructors are very professional in their approach and give excellent advice and guidance to anyone who may have restricted movement, is recovering from illness or has an injury.   My previous experience of aqua classes wasn't that good but I am very happy to recommend any of the classes at The Oasis, the instructors really know what they are doing.
Aqua Classes:
Monday 9am
Wednesday 9am
Thursday 6.30pm

Slim and Swim

If anyone wants to join me in a 12 week programme to get meaner and leaner in the water, add a comment and I will email you back.  The programme will entail keeping a log of how much you swim each session and increasing the number of lengths you do each week.   Follow the healthy eating programme that works for  you.  
Slim and Swim starts on Saturday 4th June and finnishes on Friday 19th August with a celebratory swim and lunch.  You don't have to tell anyone how much you weigh, unless you want to!     Avril  (aka Flipper)

Interested in swimming?

There will be a meeting on Monday 6th June at 7pm at the Football Club for anyone interested in swimming in Selsey.    Whether you swim to get/stay fit, or  purely for plesasure (or both!) just turn up to this informal meeting and chat to other swimmers.  Everyone welcome.

Aqua Wednesday - 9am, with Mel  @ The Oasis
Aqua Thursday - 6.30pm, with Emma @ The Oasis
Friday - General swim  - Meet 9am in the pool @ The Oasis, followed by coffee at Smugglers. (Bring your Noodle if you want to join in some gentle exercise)
