- Monday 9am - Mel
- Wednesday 9am - Kate
- Thursday 6.30pm - Emma
- Wednesday 9.30am - meet in the pool
- Wednesday evening (Check with Mike at Sports Dream for more details)
- Friday 9.30am - swim and exercise, meet in the pool
- Saturday mornings 7-10am
- Tuesday evenings 7-8pm
